The CNC gear hobbing machines LC80-LC4500. A series with graded line of products up to 4500 mm, designed for automotive industry and general mechanical engeneering. With time and cost savings of about 30%.

Liebherr - intelligent material handling

As a partner of the international automotive industry, Liebherr-Verzahntechnik GmbH, Kempten, has integrated more than 12,000 machine tools into production systems since 1970.

The pick and places designed for simple handling tasks. The drive is either a three-phase or a three-phase servo motor.

The gentries are built in 5 different sizes for workpiece weights between 0,5 and 1,000 kg. Each size is a modular system with individual adaption possibilities for the respective application.
