VDMA: Worldwide boom by technological leadership
April 16, 2007: The German engineering is heading for the fourth record year in 2007. The incoming orders in our sector are still in double figure range, in fact, at home as well as abroad. "Our forecast of four percent for 2007 is not fixed, it may also be more. Due to the good order situation and the companies` work load, we hope for a continuation of this trend in 2008", explained Dr. Dieter Brucklacher, president of the German Engineering Federation (VDMA), on Monday at the beginning of the Messe Hannover.
